Welcome to Sugar Rae! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

​1. Ordering & Payment

• Custom orders begin with a contact/inquiry form to finalize your design. • Once your design is finalized, full payment is required to confirm your order.

• Payment confirms that you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund / No-Refund Policy.

• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

 

⸻ 2. Pickup, Delivery & Handling

• Pickup locations, times, and market appearances will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

• For delivery or events, details will be communicated in advance.

• Customers are responsible for transporting perishable items safely after pickup or delivery.

• Failure to follow storage and handling instructions may result in spoilage, for which we cannot issue a refund.

 

⸻ 3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products and the time and ingredients invested in preparation, all sales are final.

• Conditional Refund: Cancellations may be eligible for a refund if requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

• Orders canceled less than 7 business days in advance are non-refundable, as ingredients may have been purchased and preparation begun, including partial prep or freezing to maintain freshness.

• Customers must contact us immediately for cancellation requests to be considered.

 

⸻ 4. Allergens & Liability

• Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen under Ohio cottage law.

• While we take care to label ingredients, we cannot guarantee products are free from allergens (including but not limited to nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten).

• Customers with dangerous or life-threatening allergies should seek a professional bakery that can guarantee allergen-free products.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you accept this risk and that Sugar Rae is not liable for allergic reactions.

• All images and descriptions on our website are representative of our products.

• Minor variations in color, design, or decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

• All website content, including photos, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Sugar Rae and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages related to:

• Improper handling or storage of products

• Allergic reactions if the customer did not disclose allergies

• Delays due to markets, events, or delivery logistics

• By placing an order, you accept these terms and acknowledge the perishable nature of the products.
