At Sugar Rae, we take pride in creating fresh, handcrafted cake pucks and custom desserts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds.
* Exceptions We may consider exceptions in the following situations:
1. Order Errors on Our Part • Wrong flavor, size, quantity, or customization shipped.
2. Damage During Delivery • If an item is damaged before reaching you and it was not due to improper handling by the customer.
3. Ingredient or Allergy Issues • If a product contains misrepresented ingredients or we failed to account for noted allergies. If an issue occurs, please contact us immediately with photos or details so we can review and resolve the situation.

• Keep them refrigerated if not consumed immediately • Consume within the timeframe noted in your order confirmation • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat Failure to follow these guidelines may result in spoilage, for which we cannot offer refunds.
