Custom Orders

How Custom Orders Work

All custom orders require a conversation first - pricing varies depending on flavor, design, quantity, & packaging.
Minimum per flavor: 12 pucks (one dozen).
Advanced notice is required.

-Standard flavor & design 7-10 days
-Custom or Unlisted flavor 2-3 weeks
-Complicated designs/multi favor 3-4 weeks.

You can view our gallery for inspiration and past designs.
If you have inspiration images indicate this in the "further information" section of the form so I can request your reference images when reaching out.
Quantity, them, or design ideas should also go in the "Further Information" section.
Once your design is finalized, full payment is required to confirm your order.
Payment confirms that you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund / No-Refund Policy.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Flavors:

You can view some of our flavors on the Flavors tab for inspiration.
If you're interested in limited edition or seasonal flavors, we can discuss them via email once you submit your request.
If you have a specific flavor idea or inspiration, please indicate it in the "Further information" section so we can review and discuss your custom options.

*The more advanced notice given improves possibility of creating your new custom flavor(s).
NEXT STEPS

Be sure to review our and before placing orders.
Fill out the Custom Quote Form with your info, desired date, and other information.
I'll review your request and reach out with an estimate and flavor options.
Once details are finalized you will get a quote.
If you approve the order then I will finalize your order and email an invoice.
